Team Introduction
Clevedon Saints was started by a group of primary school
mums over 10 years ago; they began by playing games in the
Back 2 Netball league in Bristol. Wanting a new challenge,
Saints entered a team in the WDNL for the first time in 2019
and loved every minute of it! The club now has players for a
WDNL team, a Back 2 Netball team and, due to a recent influx
of new players, a brand new third team in the Clevedon Friendly
League. We are a friendly, keen, enthusiastic group, playing
netball for fun, fitness and to let out our competitive side! Saints
train once a week, an informal session run by our trainee
umpire and the players, we run drills and due to our numbers
get into full games.

● Saints train on Tuesday evenings 20:00-21:00 @ Clevedon
School
● Our age range is from approx 20 upwards due to a new influx of
players, but our league team is mostly 40+!
● Saints are always keen to welcome new players along to join us
and we have been able to give our new players the opportunity to
play games in the new Clevedon Friendly League
● We are keen to welcome a coach and also support more players
to become umpires
● Any players or potential umpires that wish to join us please
message Emma Johnson
● We organize social events as often as possible
